Recently, a client from Zimbabwe made a special trip to Qingdao to conduct an in-depth on-site inspection and business exchange at the NPW factory. The purpose of this visit was to gain a comprehensive understanding of NPW’s equipment manufacturing capabilities in the poultry slaughtering field and to discuss in detail the layout and design plans for the client’s local slaughterhouse.

Deep into the Production Line, Witnessing Fine Craftsmanship

Accompanied by the NPW foreign trade team and technical engineers, the client first visited the slaughtering equipment production workshop. From precision machining and welding assembly of raw materials to strict pre-delivery testing, the client closely observed the entire production process and highly praised NPW’s strict quality control system and stainless steel manufacturing craftsmanship.

Subsequently, both parties focused on observing the operation demonstration of NPW’s poultry slaughtering line. Our technical engineer explained in detail the complete process from hanging, stunning, killing, scalding, defeathering, evisceration, pre-chilling, to washing. Regarding the client’s concerns about defeathering rate, temperature control accuracy, and pre-chilling efficiency, the engineer answered the technical parameters on site. The efficient and stable operation of the entire line left a deep impression on the client.

Customized Solution Exchange, Deepening Consensus on Cooperation

After the on-site inspection, both parties moved to the conference room for an in-depth exchange and discussion on the overall design plan of the poultry slaughterhouse. Based on the client’s factory area, target capacity, and local water and electricity climate conditions, the NPW team provided a tailor-made factory layout and equipment configuration plan. Both parties reached a consensus on details such as capacity planning, post-installation commissioning, and after-sales service.

This on-site inspection by the Zimbabwean client not only deepened the client’s trust in NPW’s equipment manufacturing strength but also laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the two parties. NPW is always committed to providing global clients with one-stop slaughtering and processing solutions ranging from whole-plant design and equipment manufacturing to installation guidance, looking forward to creating a win-win situation with more international partners.
