Qingdao, China – NPW is pleased to announce the successful shipment of a 500BPH (birds per hour) compact poultry slaughter line to our client in Zimbabwe. The equipment has recently departed from the Port of Qingdao, marking another significant milestone for NPW in the African poultry processing market.

Designed for small to medium-sized processing plants, this compact line maximizes space efficiency while delivering a complete processing flow—from live bird receiving, stunning, bleeding, scalding, and de-feathering, to head/feet cutting, evisceration, and spiral pre-chilling. All food-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, meeting strict HACCP hygienic standards and ensuring durability in tropical climates.

Following rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), the equipment was professionally packed to withstand long-distance sea freight. Our engineering team has already prepared a remote commissioning and training plan to support the client upon arrival, ensuring a smooth installation and quick start-up. A 2-year supply of critical spare parts is included in the shipment.

NPW remains committed to providing full-chain solutions for the global poultry and meat industry. We look forward to supporting our Zimbabwean client in achieving greater production efficiency and success.
