Recently, a client delegation from Kenya arrived in Qingdao for a multi-day on-site inspection and business exchange at the NPW factory. The purpose of this visit was to gain a comprehensive understanding of NPW’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities in slaughtering and farming equipment, and to engage in in-depth discussions on future cooperation.

Into the Slaughter Workshop: Witnessing the Full Process

Accompanied by the NPW foreign trade team and technical engineers, the client first visited the slaughtering equipment production workshop. From precision machining and welding assembly of raw materials to strict pre-delivery testing, the client closely observed the production process and expressed recognition for NPW’s manufacturing craftsmanship and quality control system.

Subsequently, both parties focused on observing the operation demonstration of NPW’s poultry slaughtering line. The technical engineer explained in detail the complete process from hanging, stunning, killing, scalding, defeathering, evisceration, pre-chilling, to washing. Regarding the client’s concerns about defeathering rate, temperature control accuracy, and pre-chilling efficiency, the engineer answered the technical parameters on site. The efficient and stable operation of the entire line left a deep impression on the client.

Exploring the Farming Workshop: Understanding the Automatic Cage System

The client then visited the farming equipment production workshop, focusing on NPW’s fully automatic farming cage system. The system integrates automatic feeding, automatic drinking, automatic egg collection, automatic manure removal, and environmental control functions, enabling highly automated intensive farming. The client showed strong interest in the system’s structural design, operational stability, and space utilization, and exchanged views with the engineers on specific configurations and capacity matching.

In-Depth Discussion in the Conference Room: Jointly Planning the Cooperation

After the on-site tour, both parties moved to the conference room for detailed business and technical negotiations regarding the overall planning of the client’s local project. Based on the client’s factory conditions, target capacity, and local climate characteristics, the NPW team tailored an overall solution covering both slaughtering and farming. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on core issues such as equipment selection, layout planning, installation schedule, and after-sales service system, reaching multiple consensuses and laying a solid foundation for subsequent smooth cooperation.
