Product Details
The hanging platform is the core equipment of the meat chicken / egg chicken / duck/goose slaughtering and processing line. It is used to smoothly hang the chickens onto the hanging conveyor after the live poultry is unloaded and quarantined, connecting with subsequent processes such as anesthesia, stunning, and bloodletting. It is divided into three types: manual platform, semi-automatic hanging, and fully automatic hanging. The whole structure is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, equipped with blue light anti-stress and light-blocking enclosed design. It also meets the HACCP food safety system and animal welfare standards, significantly reducing problems such as wing breakage and blood pooling caused by stress in the chickens.

The countertop is anti-slip and equipped with a drainage slope and drainage outlet to prevent water accumulation and sewage;
Hanging conveying system: T-shaped track + nylon / stainless steel slide frame + 304 stainless steel hook (double-claw arc-shaped anti-loosening design), chain pitch 25.4mm, hook spacing common 152.4mm (6 inches), 203.2mm (8 inches); variable frequency speed regulation, can be matched with different production outputs;
Auxiliary facilities: Sunshade / shading enclosure structure, blue light anti-stress, splash-proof baffle, chicken coop conveying interface, personnel operation footplate, anti-slip floor; Optional configurations: automatic hanging device, counting system, temperature and humidity control, negative pressure ventilation and deodorization.



Core Functions and Workflow
Live chickens are unloaded onto the hanging chicken platform and inspected on-site by quarantine personnel;
Operators lift the chickens by their bellies and insert their two claws into the chain hooks (the manual efficiency is approximately 800–1000 chickens per person per hour);
The hung chickens enter the electrocution area along the conveyor line, and empty cages are automatically collected and cleaned;
The dim/bleu light environment significantly reduces the chickens’ flapping stress and improves the stability of the meat quality.
