The automatic scalding and dehairing all-in-one machine is an integrated device specially designed by NPW for small and medium-sized poultry slaughterhouses, farm slaughter points and central kitchens.
This equipment combines the two core processes of scalding and dehairing into one, realizing continuous automatic processing from slaughtered live poultry to plucked poultry carcasses in a compact space.
The whole machine adopts a modular design and has been assembled and debugged ex-factory. It can be put into production quickly only by connecting water and electricity on site, which is especially suitable for the customer needs of limited space, efficiency pursuit and rapid commissioning.
