Post-installation inspection is crucial for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the production line. Inspection should focus on safety compliance, process performance, and equipment reliability.
Safety and Compliance: Emergency stop devices should be rationally distributed throughout the line, ensuring all equipment stops immediately upon activation with accurate response.
Protective Devices: All rotating and transmission parts (such as chains and gears) should have intact and secure protective covers. Electrical Safety: Electrical cabinets should be waterproof, wiring should be standardized, grounding should be reliable, and there should be no risk of leakage.
Material Compliance: All surfaces in contact with the carcass and products must be made of food-grade stainless steel (such as 304), and the surface should be smooth, without dead corners, and easy to clean.
Operational Synchronization: The rhythm of each process (such as bleeding, skinning, and evisceration) should be matched, without excessive waiting or congestion. Key Process
Effectiveness: Stunning: Effective and adjustable, meeting animal welfare and halal requirements (if applicable).
Bleeding: Thorough, with sufficient length and time in the bleeding tank.
Skinning: The skinning machine/robot operates smoothly, with a high rate of intact hides and minimal residual meat.
Gutting and evisceration: Internal organs (especially the intestines and stomach) are separated clearly without damage.
Hygienic design: No blood, water, or meat residue remains under or around the equipment; cleaning nozzles are fully covered.
Simultaneous quarantine: The quarantine track is strictly synchronized with the carcass line to ensure that quarantine personnel can accurately inspect each carcass and its internal organs.
It is recommended to create a checklist, recording each key point as “pass/fail/remark”.
