Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Equipment – Description
1. Product Overview
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification Equipment adopts advanced RO membrane separation technology. Raw water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and forced through the RO membrane, effectively removing suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses, heavy metal ions, dissolved salts, and organic matter. The produced water is of high purity and is widely used in drinking water purification, food processing water, boiler make-up water, and water treatment for slaughterhouses and farms.



2. Working Principle
Raw water first passes through the pretreatment system (sand filter, activated carbon filter, softening) to remove large particles, residual chlorine, and calcium/magnesium ions. It then enters the precision filter to intercept fine particles before being pressurized by the high-pressure pump into the RO membrane module. Due to the selective permeability of the RO membrane, water molecules pass through under high pressure to the permeate side, while salts, bacteria, and organic matter are rejected and discharged with the concentrate, thereby achieving water purification.
