Product Details

This system features six parallel breaking lanes for maximum throughput. Eggs are oriented and fed to precision cracking stations. The contents are gently deposited onto a separation system where yolk and albumen are divided with minimal mixing. Shells are vacuum-conveyed away. The machine is designed for easy cleanup (CIP capable) and quick changeover between different product types (whole egg, white, yolk).
