The bleeding trough is the blood collecting system. The chicken blood drops down to the blood trough during the birds passing along with the overhead conveyor line. The blood trough size and shape design is according to the overhead conveyor arrangement of processing line. The trough is build with full stainless steel. The blood pumping system is equipment with trough which transfer the blood outside of slaughterhouse to the collecting tanks or Rendering Plant.

The blood through is optionally equipped with blood collecting tank.

The working theory:The blood which inside blood trough dripping into blood tank. According to client actually working conditions to decide if add blood anticoagulant. The blood pump start pumping the blood out of tank when the blood level raise up to set height, the blood pump stop working when the blood level lower than setting height.
