Fan Belt Pulley: composed of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die- -casting which reduces the weight oftheblade impeller and provides it with complete, high corrosion resistance.
Fan Bearing: adopts imported double- row bearings with special waterproof design, ensuring water does not enter. EXhoisnigh strength, lower noise, is maintenance free and has a long service life.

Fan performance test bench can test air flow, pressure, power, noise and other parameters of fans comprehensively, which is indispensable for testing fan performance.

Dynamic banlancer is a necessary instrument for checking the dynamic balance of all types of fan blades, and the dynamic balance quality grade of the impeller is not lower than G6.3. All fan blades can only be installed on fans after passing the test of dynamic balancer, which is an important step of the production.

Our team of fluid simulation can perform simulation verification on the installation angles of blades, blade shapes, housing structure, etc. to optimize the performance of fans.
