The hydraulic lifting cage unloading system is applied between live chicken transport vehicles and roller conveyors. It is a specially designed efficient cage unloading machine for live poultry cages, which is used to directly unload live poultry cages from trucks to conveyors. This not only saves labor but also avoids damage to live poultry during handling.
The machine mainly takes the hydraulic lifting platform as the main working body, equipped with a hydraulic oil pump system. Driven by the control cabinet, it controls the lifting platform to automatically rise, stop and fall. When the platform rises to a certain height, the operator pushes the poultry cage onto the slideway to realize the cage unloading work, which improves the cage unloading efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of the operators.
